Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage am Busbahnhof, was es sehr praktisch macht, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, 24 Stunden Zimmerservice steht zur Verfügung und das Hotel ist sauber und ruhig. Die Managerin Leyla hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr geholfen und sich um alles gekümmert, inklusive dem Wiederfinden unseres verlorenen Handys. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Frühstück ist lecker. Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie Wifi und einen Fitnessraum.

Unglücklicherweise ist das Hotel nicht im Zentrum gelegen, aber zu diesem Preis kann man nicht alles haben.

Spent my xmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! the architecture and decoration are mesmerizing and make you feel like you're in a fairytale. the gardens are beautiful and perfect for a romantic walk. the rooms are huge, clean, and feel so luxurious. the staff is very friendly and their service is top-notch! the best part was the amazing local bread served during dinner and the healthy dinner menu.

My room wasn't perfect with a few minor inconveniences. There were a few light bulbs missing from the lamps, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

The exterior and interior designs were visually pleasing, and the well-maintained gardens provided a serene environment to relax and enjoy nature. the rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed, offering a comfortable stay.

the lack of proper maintenance was evident in the rooms. Some walls seemed to have suffered damage, and a few light bulbs were missing from the lamps.
